Meet the Team

Kelly & Associates, which was founded by Timothy Kelly, is a full service employee benefit brokerage firm. Our consultants tackle a surplus of daily client prerequisites; ordering member ID Cards, advising Members/Employees, rectifying Billing Issues or Claims, and navigating our Clients through ACA Law, and their Renewals. We demand the best of ourselves; providing peace of mind to the client, to ensure their healthcare solution is being handled professionally. With over 20 years of experience, our consultants have embraced a “Customer First” approach. Tim and his Staff considered most clients friends, or at the very least great acquaintances. Kelly & Associates takes pride in the people it serves, and the manner in which it serves it clients.

TIMOTHY KELLY

Principle

Timothy Kelly started Kelly & Associates in 1993, after a few years at Mass Mutual. Tim’s specialty is in Charter School Administration. He’s well versed in charter school law, and understands the value in service and accountability. His negotiations skills, and attention to detail, are his best attributes. He continues to work on the clients’ behalf, especially at Renewal.


Tim, a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, enjoys time with his family, the Phillies, and playing golf.

MICHAEL KELLY

Employee Benefits Consultant

Mike Kelly began his career at Kelly & Associates in 2005, after gaining valuable experience with another agency. Mike specializes in the non-profit, and for profit arenas; he too focuses his efforts on the client. Mike takes an analytical approach with his clients, and introduces new healthcare concepts,  it's what separates him from the competition.



Mike, a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, enjoys time with his Family, the Phillies, coaching, playing golf, and spending time in Sea Isle City, NJ

MEGAN DANIELE

Account Executive

Meg Daniele, who began her career at MetLife in 2003, is the top Kelly & Associates Account Executive . Meg’s keen insight, which she learned while at Met Life, allows her to focus on administrative support. She’s well versed in; Medical, Life, Dental, Disability, and Voluntary Benefits.  She spent 12 years at Met in both the Sales and Service Operations, before joining the Kelly and Associates team in 2016. Her role today integrates her knowledge of the ancillary world with that of the medical industry. She’s a key resource for our clients, who contact Meg with healthcare related matters.

Meg, a graduate of Penn State University, enjoys time with her family, volunteering at her children's school, and watching their sporting events on the weekends.
