Timothy founded Kelly & Associates after a few years at MassMutual. He specializes in charter school administration and charter school law, and is known for his negotiation skills and attention to detail. He stays closely involved with clients, especially at renewal.

Michael joined the firm in 2005 after working at another agency. He works with non-profit and for-profit clients, takes an analytical approach, and brings new healthcare ideas to the table.
